✨ Faith in Action at École Dr. Brosseau! ✨
Yesterday afternoon a small group of students stopped by our prayer wall before heading home. With quiet reflection and a sense of excitement, they tied their intentions to the wall—a powerful reminder that prayer connects us, strengthens us, and lifts us up.
This wall is for everyone! Anyone who walks through our doors is invited to tie a coloured ribbon as a sign of their prayers and intentions. Thanks to these students for contributing to our rich faith culture at École Dr. Brosseau School!
Let’s continue to pray for one another and build each other up with the help of God! 🙏💙

Today, we gathered as a school community to begin this sacred season with our Ash Wednesday liturgy, led by Father Rene, Mme. Danielle’s 6iD class, and our YLL Music Ministry. Father Rene reminded us that fasting isn’t just about giving up sweets - it’s about letting go of distractions and using that time to serve, connect, and grow closer to God.
We also introduced our prayer wall, where students will tie ribbons representing different prayer intentions each week during our school-wide prayer. This beautiful display will serve as a reminder to lift one another up in prayer throughout Lent.
As we journey through these 40 days, we invite our families to reflect together:
🌿 How can we make more time for prayer?
🌿 What can we fast from to draw closer to God?
🌿 How can we give to those in need?
Let’s walk this Lenten path with hearts open to prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. 💜 #Lent #AshWednesday #FaithInAction
